We will have an initial phone call to get to know each other and make sure it’s a good fit. We’ll talk about your work history, experience, and what you’re looking for moving forward. If and when you decide you want to explore the legal market, we wear many hats that you are not able to wear on your own: we review and assist in revising your resume, write a cover letter on your behalf that is geared towards the job(s) for which you are applying, follow up as much as necessary with the firm(s) throughout the process, conduct in-depth interview prep and guide you through multiple rounds of interviews, advocate for your candidacy if/when needed, negotiate and ask tough questions during the offer/acceptance stage, walk you through giving notice to your current employer, and assist with the onboarding process for your new firm.
